To improve the acceptance rate of the Google Chromebook by educating customers on how to use the unique OS as well showcasing tips on how to get the most out of the device.
Our immersive production studio, Cassette, created a multilingual virtual unboxing experience for the release of Google’s Acer Chromebook 513, in order to educate customers on their new device in a interactive and memorable way.
Accessed by scanning a QR code on the packaging, customers were taken to an immersive web experience created by modelling a customised Google apartment.
The experience was made up of static panoramic images with interactive hotspots that triggered animations or interactive demos, guiding the customer through useful features and functions of their new device.
